Hello, I'm Sean, the Founder and Owner of On Premise Staffing, where my passion for creating exceptional marketing experiences meets my years of expertise in the industry.

A blend of academic rigor, hands-on experience, and a deep understanding of diverse markets has shaped my journey in experiential marketing. With a master's in integrated marketing communication, I've honed my analytical skills and developed a strong foundation in strategic marketing principles.

What truly sets me apart, however, is my extensive hands-on experience. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working in various leadership roles where I've had the opportunity to increase brand redemption rates and cultivate coveted partnerships with clients. These experiences have allowed me to excel in client and distributor relations and sharpened my skills in branding, experiential marketing, activation proposals, market research, and project management.

My commitment to collaborative teamwork is at the heart of everything we do at On Premise. I believe in the power of bringing together diverse talents and perspectives to create and execute marketing programs that truly resonate. It's this collaborative spirit that has enabled us to consistently exceed client expectations and remain at the forefront of the industry.

Lauren H. Loyless, PhD | PRESIDENT

Lauren brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and a passion for effective communication to her role as President and Chief of Staff. Lauren embarked on her professional journey in marketing and advertising, where she served as a Marketing and Advertising Coordinator with Comcast Spotlight in Nashville, Tennessee. Her early career laid the foundation for her exceptional skills in branding and communications.

In 2014, Lauren transitioned to public education, a sector where her commitment to community and communication flourished. She assumed pivotal roles, including Director of Communications and Executive Director of the LISD Education Foundation at Lindale Independent School District (ISD), leaving a mark on educational initiatives. From 2017 to 2019, Lauren continued her career as the Assistant Director of Communications at Highland Park ISD, contributing to the district's positive public image and communication strategy. In 2019, Lauren joined the Advancement and Development Department at John Paul II High School as the Director of Communications.

Lauren's diverse career path led her to government service in August 2020, when she accepted a position with FEMA in the Region 6 Office of External Affairs. Later, in November 2021, she joined the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, focusing on risk communication as a Social Scientist within the Risk Management Center. In addition to her professional roles, Lauren shares her knowledge and expertise as a lecturer at The University of Texas at Dallas, teaching business communication at the esteemed Naveen Jindal School of Management, ranked 31st in the nation.

Lauren's academic journey is equally impressive, with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, a Minor in International Studies, and a Specialization in Public Relations from The University of Mississippi (Ole Miss). She pursued further education, earning a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University. Lauren is a Ph.D. candidate in Public Administration at The University of Texas at Dallas, with research interests spanning strategic risk communication, behavioral public administration, education policy, and leadership.
